The Sandor CH-H is a fully integrated blasting, painting, and drying line purpose-built for horizontal processing of profiles, plates, and large fabrications. Unlike standalone blast cabinets, the CH-H combines every stage of surface treatment on a single production line — workpieces travel through the enclosed blast chamber, advance into an automatic painting station, and exit through an inline drying oven, all without manual re-handling. This eliminates the flash rust and contamination that occur when parts sit between separate stations. Available in three configurations covering work widths from 1,500 to 3,100 mm, the CH-H handles everything from narrow structural profiles to wide plate work and pipe spools.
