4-roll hydraulic plate rolling machine
AHS 4-Roll
Built around a four-roll hydraulic configuration, the AHS handles plate from 2 mm up to 200 mm thick and widths spanning 500 mm to 12,000 mm. Its pinch-and-roll approach grips the workpiece between the upper and lower rolls, completing a full cylinder without repositioning the plate. A planetary lever-arm drive system concentrates bending force where it counts, keeping flat-end waste to a minimum. The working range spans models from compact 1,250 mm units to full-production 6,100 mm lines, with NC or CNC control options depending on your throughput needs. AC Machinery supplies and supports the full AHS range from Cambridge, Ontario.

4-roll automated plate rolling line
AHS-AUTO
The AHS-AUTO takes the proven AHS four-roll platform and wraps it in a complete automation package. A pneumatic gantry loader with vacuum lifts pulls plates from the stockpile and transfers them to an infeed conveyor, which feeds the machine automatically. Once the plate is in position, the rolling cycle runs hands-free — forming the workpiece and ejecting the finished part without operator intervention. The result is a continuous non-stop cycle: load, roll, eject, repeat. Because the gantry handles all material movement, there is no need for an overhead crane, freeing up floor space and eliminating a common bottleneck in high-volume shops. Whether you are rolling pressure vessel shells, pipe sections, or structural components, the AHS-AUTO turns plate rolling from a manually intensive process into a push-button production line. AC Machinery supplies and supports the full AHS-AUTO system from Cambridge, Ontario.

3-roll variable geometry plate rolling machine
AHV
On the AHV, every roll moves on its own axis — the top roll travels vertically while both side rolls travel horizontally — giving operators full geometric control over the bending zone. That independent movement lets you set an asymmetric layout to minimise flat ends on lighter work, then switch to a symmetric stance for maximum-thickness passes without changing tooling. Models are available with 3,100 mm working lengths and capacities reaching 260 mm, making the AHV a strong fit for thick-wall pressure vessels, offshore structures, and other heavy forming work. AC Machinery supplies and supports the AHV series from Cambridge, Ontario.
