hydraulic 3-roll profile bending machine
APK Heavy
The Akyapak APK Heavy Series delivers the bending force and roll geometry needed to form the heaviest structural profiles, pipe, and plate into precise curves, rings, and spirals. Six models span from the APK 280 at 37 HP to the flagship APK 1000 — one of the most powerful profile benders in production — with 214 HP, 34-inch diameter rolls, and a section modulus capacity exceeding 670 in³. Every machine in the range features a St-52 welded steel frame, three independently hydraulically driven rolls for slip-free material feeding, and infinitely variable speed control for consistent results across varying material grades and section sizes. Side supporters move in three directions to reduce deformation during bending, and hydraulically adjustable guide rolls keep the workpiece aligned through the forming zone. Available from ACM in Cambridge, Ontario with full installation, tooling consultation, and lifecycle service support.

hydraulic/mechanical profile bending machine
APK Medium
The Akyapak APK Medium Series brings professional-grade profile bending capability to shops that need versatility without the footprint of a heavy-duty machine. Six models range from the compact APK 61 at 5.4 HP to the APK 240 at 40 HP, handling angles, T-sections, flat bar, square bar, rounds, tubes, and channels across a broad capacity range. All models feature a St-52 steel construction body, hardened and ground 42CrMo4 special-steel shafts, hydraulically moveable lower rolls, digital position display, and both horizontal and vertical working orientations. Rolls are driven by a hydraulic motor through a planetary gearbox for smooth, controllable forming. ACM supplies every APK Medium model from Ontario with tooling packages, installation, and dedicated after-sales support.

CNC/NC tube and pipe bending machine
ABM
The Akyapak ABM Series covers the full spectrum of tube and pipe bending — from the all-electric ABM E-25 multi-stack bender to the heavy-duty ABM 76 CNC 3 with three-die servo control. These machines bend mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and similar materials into simple or complex shapes with repeatable accuracy across both high-volume production and single-piece work. CNC models feature servo-controlled bending, feeding, shifting, and turning axes, a 15-inch colour touchscreen with 3D bend preview, YBC programming mode, and automatic tube length calculation. NC models provide a cost-effective semi-automatic option for shops with moderate throughput requirements. The ABM range serves automotive, furniture, HVAC, insulation, and general fabrication applications where bend quality and repeatability are critical. ACM provides the full ABM range from Cambridge, Ontario with die packages, mandrel tooling, installation, and training.
