Parts and service
Messer plate machinery is the line we have supported the longest, and it is the deepest one we carry. Plasma, oxyfuel, fiber laser, drilling, tapping, and marking, on machines that run from a compact shop table up to a heavy gantry cutting 10 feet wide and 40 feet long.
What that range means in practice is that the decision is rarely about one machine. It is about which processes belong on one gantry and which are better kept apart. We have installed enough of these to have an opinion, and we will give it to you before you spend the money rather than after.

Compact CNC drill unit
GD40
For structural steel shops that need accurate, repeatable holes without adding a second machine to the floor, the Messer GD40 is purpose-built to handle it. This compact drill unit mounts directly onto a Messer Element gantry, letting you drill, tap, counter-bore, and counter-sink on the same platform you use for plasma and oxyfuel cutting. The result is fewer material handling steps, less floor space consumed, and faster throughput from raw plate to finished part. The GD40 handles standard structural bolt hole sizes up to 1-9/16" (40mm) through a precision Suhner CAT 40 spindle. Automated tool changes, servo-driven material clamping, and built-in tool length measurement keep the process consistent across long production runs. ACM supplies, installs, and supports the GD40 across Ontario and Eastern Canada.
