The PCR41 is a compact, cost-effective robotic plasma cutting system built for structural steel fabricators who need automated coping without a massive equipment footprint. PCR51
The PCR51 is Prodevco’s flagship beam processing line, combining CNC drilling and robotic plasma coping in a single integrated system. Three independent spindle drill heads with sub-axis positioning handle simultaneous drilling on all three faces — even when holes are not aligned — plus milling, tapping, countersinking, and slot machining. The robotic plasma coper adds copes, notches, compound angle cuts, weld prep, beam splitting, and layout marking, eliminating the need for separate drill and cope lines.
