The PCR42 is Prodevco’s top-of-line robotic plasma coping system, combining 7-axis operation with fully automated laser measuring for maximum structural steel processing versatility. A Fanuc 7th rotary axis enables 2-zone processing — reducing material indexing and pushing throughput well beyond single-zone systems. It handles wide-flange beams up to W44, channels, angles, HSS rectangle and square tubing, and round tube, executing copes, notches, holes, slots, compound bevels, beam splitting, scribing, and weld prep directly from DSTV/NC1 files.
